Industrial Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Industrial Engineer to enhance operational efficiency and support process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify process needs and improve efficiency
• Perform time studies and data analysis to create reports and validate software configurations
• Design solutions for customer needs, including layouts and process documentation

Required Qualifications

• Educational training/degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Experience with process evaluation and mapping tools
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles
