A company is looking for an Industrial Engineer specializing in Operations Optimization & Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing plant layouts and production workflows
• Plan and execute the relocation and consolidation of production lines
• Integrate operations from newly acquired companies and support facility certification efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably with multi-site or integration exposure
• Familiarity with lean methodologies and process optimization techniques
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
