Industrial Engineer
Job Summary
To advance process improvements and enhance productivity, the full-time Industrial Engineer will work remotely, hybrid, or onsite, providing engineering consulting, leading strategic initiatives, and developing solutions for efficiency across corporate operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provides engineering consulting on process improvement, work measurement, and strategic planning
- Leads and implements corporate initiatives using project management tools for timely project completion
- Develops solutions to maximize productivity through workflow analysis and procedure improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or current enrollment with expected graduation soon; master's degree preferred
- 3 months to 3 years of practical experience in related fields; lean six sigma black belt certification preferred
- Working knowledge of business operations and healthcare payor processes preferred
- Ability to perform high-level mathematical and data analysis, including statistics and engineering economics
- Experience with business intelligence tools and programming skills such as SQL or Visual Basic preferred
