Industrial Engineer I

Job Summary

Supporting manufacturing and logistics operations, the full-time Industrial Engineer I will focus on process improvement, inventory analysis, and engineering support in Whitakers, NC.

Key responsibilities:

• Support sequence cart design and coordinate with vendors from concept through production
• Conduct rack parts audits and optimize plant storage and inventory organization
• Utilize data analysis to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial/manufacturing engineering experience preferred
• Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for design review and engineering analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, including pivot tables and macros
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing
