Industrial Engineer SME I

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Industrial Engineer SME I - Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects to eliminate waste using industrial engineering processes, including complex process simulation and operations research
• Evaluate workforce utilization and operational data to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as the Site Subject Matter Expert for industrial engineering systems and practices, driving standardization and process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering required; MS or MBA preferred
• Lean Masters Certificate or Six Sigma Bronze required
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Strong financial and analytical abilities, including P&L and planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
