Industrial IoT Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Industrial IoT Engineer will design and build connected, data-driven industrial systems, focusing on architecting end-to-end IIoT solutions and collaborating with cross-functional partners, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end IIoT solutions spanning edge devices, gateways, connectivity, and cloud platforms
• Design data acquisition pipelines from PLCs, SCADA, and sensors using industrial protocols
• Mentor and coach junior engineers through code and design reviews, fostering technical growth within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of IIoT or industrial software engineering experience
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Go
• Hands-on experience with industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, Sparkplug B)
• Experience with at least one major cloud IoT platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
