Job Summary
To support the development of industry-relevant curriculum, the full-time Industrial Maintenance Subject Matter Expert will collaborate with content developers and curriculum teams, ensuring standardization across campuses while enhancing instructional materials and supporting new program rollouts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with content developers to design and build courses specific to trade fields and align instructional materials with industry standards
- Collaborate with the B2B division and Education Department to systematically review, rewrite, and enhance existing curriculum content
- Support campus teams in standardizing lab equipment and tools, ensuring high-quality delivery of technical training across all locations
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in the applicable trade discipline or a closely related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of recent industry experience in the applicable trade discipline
- Previous teaching or instructor experience in a postsecondary or workforce development environment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing curriculum and instructional materials
- Current industry certifications applicable to the discipline are required or preferred
