Job Summary

A company is looking for an Industrial Technical Services Supervisor (Remote in Midwest).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to the Technical Service Center team
• Manage performance metrics and develop action plans for team improvement
• Facilitate onboarding and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Technical Service Center

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business Administration, Environmental or related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience
• Three years of related work experience
• Applicable regulatory training
• Knowledge of hazardous waste regulations and DOT requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
