Industrial Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Industrial Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosing complex faults on production critical equipment across various systems
• Providing remote technical support to distributors and customers, with on-site assistance as needed
• Collaborating with Engineering, R&D, and Quality teams to resolve systemic product issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience in Engineering (Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Controls, or related field)
• Minimum experience supporting industrial or production equipment in a technical engineering capacity
• Proven hands-on experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical machinery and embedded control systems
• Working knowledge of PLC integration, digital and analogue I/O, sensors, and actuators
• Experience diagnosing industrial networks and communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet, TCP/IP)
