Job Summary

Driving national growth across high-priority industrial markets, the full-time Client Sector Leader - Industrial Water/Wastewater will define and execute market strategies, expand client portfolios, and strengthen brand presence while ensuring successful delivery of complex water and wastewater solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market strategies to drive revenue growth in the industrial water and wastewater sector
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and lead the full sales lifecycle
• Assemble and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 20+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering with an industrial focus
• 10+ years of business development experience
• Strong regulatory knowledge and stakeholder engagement capability
• Proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams
