Industry Cloud Architect

Job Summary

Translating deep Compliance expertise into scalable configurations, the full-time remote Industry Cloud Architect will lead discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders, develop solution blueprints, and provide support across sales and client success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define, configure, and maintain best-practice solution blueprints for Intapp Compliance products, managing the quarterly roadmap for each blueprint
• Lead internal and client-facing discovery to identify unmet needs and workflow gaps, translating findings into documented use cases
• Provide tactical support to sales, pre-sales, and client success teams to ensure effective deployment of industry solutions

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in a services, pre-sales, client success, or technical client-facing role at an enterprise software company
• Hands-on experience configuring Intapp Compliance applications or comparable enterprise compliance platforms
• Proven track record of presenting confidently in high-pressure situations with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams
• Genuine curiosity about professional services industries and compliance workflows, with the commercial acumen to create actionable solutions
