Industry Engagement Leader

Job Summary

To drive growth in the Technology Consulting practice, the full-time Industry Engagement Leader will originate new client business, provide executive oversight for complex engagements, and nurture client relationships, with the flexibility to work remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and expand client business by identifying and closing revenue opportunities
• Provide oversight for multi-workstream engagements, ensuring alignment across scope, timeline, budget, and quality
• Lead governance routines and maintain alignment with client and firm leadership through effective communication and relationship management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in account management or client success within technology consulting or professional services
• Strong technical background to understand various departments and products/services
• Proven track record of originating and growing client revenue
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
