Job Summary

Combining analytical expertise with strong writing skills, the full-time Industry Insights Analyst will lead research projects on grid resilience and the energy transition, generating insights from public data and translating them into compelling narratives for executive audiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Imagine, scope, and lead research projects focused on grid resilience and the energy transition using public and external data
• Generate and test hypotheses against credible external sources, surfacing significant findings proactively
• Produce evidence-led editorial content in various formats that align with the company's strengths and support internal leaders

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytical and writing-driven roles within energy, infrastructure, technology, or journalism
• Strong writing and editing skills, capable of crafting narratives for senior business leaders and technical decision-makers
• Analytical fluency with large public datasets and experience producing data-informed visualizations
• Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory material into clear and useful language for business audiences
• Deep curiosity about the infrastructure and energy transition landscape with a knack for identifying emerging issues
