Job Summary
A company is looking for an Industry Principal, Affordable Housing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Affordable housing products
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Affordable products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set goals and analyze sales data
Required Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of experience in the Affordable Housing space
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role within the utilities/multi-family industry
- Deep knowledge of the multi-family housing industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
