A company is looking for an Industry Solutions Consultant (Remote, Central & Eastern Timezone).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand business challenges and design actionable M-Files solutions
• Lead small to mid-sized implementation projects and conduct customer training sessions
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer success and improve delivery methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Strong consultative background with experience in translating business processes into software solutions
• Experience in industries such as tax, accounting, or manufacturing is beneficial
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly valued
• Exposure to Windows-based environments and understanding of programming concepts is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to document requirements and design workflows effectively
