Industry Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support diverse industries, the full-time remote Industry Solutions Consultant will engage with customers to identify business challenges, implement tailored M-Files solutions, and provide industry-specific guidance to optimize document and knowledge management workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to recommend M-Files solutions that align with industry best practices
• Lead solution implementations by defining customer requirements and ensuring integration with existing systems
• Facilitate training sessions for customers to maximize the value of M-Files solutions

Required qualifications

• Experience in tax, accounting, audit, insurance brokerage, wealth management, or management consulting
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to engage customers in meaningful discussions
• Knowledge of business automation processes and enterprise content management solutions
• Proven ability to document client requirements and create solution specifications
• Experience using enterprise software solutions focused on business process optimization
