Industry Strategy Lead

Job Summary

Driving strategic execution in enterprise deals, the full-time remote Industry Strategy Lead will collaborate with revenue stakeholders, manage customer workshops, and influence product development to position CoLab as the preferred partner for engineering transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Co-own enterprise deal strategy and collaborate with account executives to define paths to close strategic opportunities
• Run workshops to identify transformation goals and create urgency among multi-stakeholder buying groups
• Synthesize feedback from strategic accounts to influence product development and ensure alignment with customer needs

Required qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, product development, or business transformation environments
• Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to read executive dynamics and adapt communication accordingly
• Demonstrated competitive nature and ability to drive outcomes in high-stakes environments
• Operational understanding of complex organizations and the ability to identify workflow inefficiencies
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance research, messaging, and productivity
