IndySoft System Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day administration of the IndySoft calibration management platform, the remote IndySoft System Analyst will manage user accounts, configure system settings, and ensure seamless data integration across business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks in IndySoft, including managing user accounts and routine configuration changes
• Configure templates, workflows, and maintain equipment profiles within IndySoft
• Assist with data migration and integration of new locations onto the IndySoft platform

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering or configuring IndySoft
• 1-4 years of experience in systems administration, business systems analysis, or application support
• Comfort with relational databases and writing SQL queries
• Understanding of business application integrations and familiarity with APIs
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management
