A company is looking for an Infant Care Power Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the execution of Infant Care and Plastic-free Wipes transformation initiatives
• Monitor shifting business and supply chain priorities, adjusting program focus as necessary
• Conduct SWAT analysis and develop financial models to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Strategy, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, or transformation leadership
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs
• Experience in conducting rapid analysis and insight generation in high-stakes environments
• Strong understanding of financial and operational aspects within transformation programs
