Infectious Disease Advisor

Job Summary

Seeking experienced physicians, the remote Infectious Disease Advisor will provide clinical and strategic guidance on infectious disease management, antimicrobial stewardship, and digital health solutions while contributing to innovative healthcare initiatives for approximately 2-4 hours per month.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and strategic guidance on infectious disease management and virtual care solutions
• Advise on evidence-based clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives
• Support the evaluation of new products and digital health innovations relevant to infectious disease management

Required qualifications

• MD or DO with experience practicing Infectious Disease medicine
• Board certification or board eligibility in Infectious Disease preferred
• Experience in antimicrobial stewardship, infection prevention, and telemedicine preferred
• Strong understanding of infectious disease clinical workflows and evidence-based medicine
• Ability to commit approximately 2-4 hours per month to advisory activities
