Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior management with client and influencer care, providing high standards of service
• Create presentations, meeting recaps, status reports, and user guides
• Research the influencer industry and coordinate administrative tasks as delegated

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Entry-level position with 1-3 years of experience preferred
• Experience in the entertainment and/or gaming industry preferred
• Familiarity with social media influencers and platforms
• Self-starter eager to learn and contribute
• Strong customer service focus and ability to work in a team
