Key Responsibilities

• Manage creator sourcing, gifting logistics, and relationship management across various platforms
• Oversee daily operations of the affiliate program, including partner communication and performance monitoring
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights for influencer and affiliate strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing
• Hands-on experience with influencer platforms and/or affiliate networks
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree required
