Job Summary
To support community growth, the hybrid Influencer and Events Coordinator will manage influencer relationships, oversee event planning and execution, and develop the ambassador program while collaborating cross-functionally in New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the influencer program, including sourcing, pitching, and negotiating partnerships while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Own the planning and execution of community and VIP events, coordinating logistics and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Oversee the ambassador program, facilitating communications, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing engagement strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- At least 2+ years of experience in brand marketing or experiential marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite or related software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
- Passion for the health and wellness industry
