Influencer and Events Coordinator

Job Summary

To support community growth, the hybrid Influencer and Events Coordinator will manage influencer relationships, oversee event planning and execution, and develop the ambassador program while collaborating cross-functionally in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the influencer program, including sourcing, pitching, and negotiating partnerships while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Own the planning and execution of community and VIP events, coordinating logistics and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Oversee the ambassador program, facilitating communications, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing engagement strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• At least 2+ years of experience in brand marketing or experiential marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite or related software
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
• Passion for the health and wellness industry
