Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, the full-time remote Influencer Campaign Manager will coordinate communication between sellers, influencers, and brands while managing up to 30 campaigns simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee campaign execution from kickoff to final reporting, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
- Negotiate influencer rates, manage budgets, and track campaign performance while delivering high-quality content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and proactively resolve issues throughout the campaign process
Required qualifications
- Proven project management skills with experience in influencer marketing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with familiarity in U.S. and LatAm creator markets
- Strong understanding of creator dynamics and campaign execution
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
