Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of high-impact brand campaigns, the full-time remote Influencer Campaign Manager will manage creator outreach, negotiation, compliance, and performance monitoring from initial pitch through final reporting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns, managing all aspects from strategy to launch
  • Lead strategic planning, defining campaign objectives, audiences, KPIs, and budgets aligned with client goals
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on data insights
Required qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or related roles
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns end-to-end and building brand or creator relationships
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks, creator platforms, and social media
  • Experience with campaign tools like CreatorIQ or project management tools like Asana
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and creator interactions
