Influencer Community Assistant

Job Summary

To support a large-scale creator gifting initiative, the part-time Influencer Community Assistant will source and recruit creators, manage outreach efforts, and maintain a pipeline of potential talent in a remote contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify creators for gifting based on brand fit, content quality, and audience relevance
• Conduct outreach to prospective creators and manage inbound interest regarding gifting opportunities
• Track outreach activity and pipeline status using a creator CRM or spreadsheet

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community management
• Strong instinct for identifying creators who align with a brand's voice and audience
• Experience with a creator/affiliate platform (e.g., AspireIQ)
• Background in high-volume outreach or prospecting roles
• Native fluency in TikTok and Instagram
