Job Summary
Managing day-to-day operations for influencer campaigns, the full-time remote Influencer Marketing Coordinator will coordinate outreach, maintain campaign timelines, and ensure effective communication with creators, allowing the Social & Influencer Lead to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own influencer outreach and manage communication for mid-tier and micro creators throughout campaigns
- Build and maintain briefing documents to provide clear direction for creators based on campaign strategy
- Track contracts, deliverables, and payments while managing multiple simultaneous campaigns efficiently
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, or related marketing operations roles
- Proficiency in Notion for building trackers, databases, and project hubs
- Familiarity with influencer platforms and the social media landscape across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience with contracts and deliverable tracking in influencer campaigns
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
