Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing to drive panel growth
• Own and optimize the affiliate and referral programs, including performance monitoring and partner management
• Plan, launch, and manage influencer and affiliate campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Approximately 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnership growth
• Proven track record of managing influencers or affiliate partners with measurable results
• Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics and BI tools
