Job Summary

Influencer Marketing Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for leading the creator economy engine through paid partnerships, organic ambassador programs, and TikTok Shop affiliate networks while managing substantial budgets and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a tiered paid creator program and negotiate contracts with talent agencies
  • Architect and scale a creator affiliate program on TikTok Shop, analyzing performance data for optimization
  • Design and run an organic ambassador program, engaging creators and developing retention systems
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in influencer marketing or talent management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience managing eight-figure influencer budgets with measurable ROI
  • Deep understanding of TikTok Shop and experience scaling affiliate programs
  • Experience working with athlete or celebrity talent and their management teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with a background in DTC/subscription commerce, ideally in health or wellness
