Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio, the full-time remote Influencer Marketing Manager will build and manage creator partnerships, develop a scalable influencer program, and drive brand growth through authentic content creation and collaboration.

Key responsibilities
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and build relationships with creators across various tiers
  • Create influencer briefs, manage campaign timelines and deliverables, and maintain strong creator relationships
  • Build a steady pipeline of user-generated content to support organic and paid media channels
Required qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience running influencer or creator programs for consumer brands, preferably in health, wellness, beauty, or CPG
  • Proven track record of building and scaling creator programs from sourcing to reporting
  • Hands-on negotiation experience with rates, deliverables, and usage rights
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems and their performance metrics
  • Experience with creator whitelisting and scaling content through paid amplification
