Influencer Marketing Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of Etsy's Creator Collective program, the full-time remote Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager will manage creator and affiliate network partnerships, drive campaign strategies, and optimize investment performance across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Support the strategy, growth, and performance of creator and affiliate network partnerships
- Drive creator campaign and programming strategies while collaborating with internal teams
- Monitor network performance and collaborate with Analytics to measure creator effectiveness and ROI
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in creator, influencer, and affiliate marketing
- Deep knowledge of the creator commerce and affiliate landscape, including platforms like LTK and YouTube Affiliates
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance data interpretation and actionable insights
- Proven ability to develop strategic partner relationships and execute successful campaigns
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams
