Influencer Marketing Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of Etsy's Creator Collective program, the full-time remote Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager will manage partnerships across affiliate and creator commerce platforms, optimize investment strategies, and drive campaign performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support the strategy, growth, and performance of creator and affiliate network partnerships
- Drive the creator campaign strategy and collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns
- Monitor network performance and collaborate with Analytics to measure effectiveness and improve efficiency
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in creator, influencer, and affiliate marketing
- Deep knowledge of the creator commerce and affiliate landscape, including platforms like LTK and YouTube Affiliates
- Strong understanding of creator economics, affiliate commission models, and performance measurement
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partner relationships and execute high-performing campaigns
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving various teams
