Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading influencer or affiliate programs
• Proven success in managing creators and driving measurable sales
• Experience in e-commerce or TikTok Shop is preferred
• Familiarity with affiliate, influencer, or network marketing
• Bonus: AI-savvy and knowledgeable in performance-driven marketing tools
