Job Summary

A company is looking for an Influencer Scout to discover and engage talent within the fitness and health creator landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discover and build a pipeline of creator talent aligned with brand values
• Evaluate potential influencers based on various metrics and initiate outreach
• Maintain an influencer CRM/database and provide reports on pipeline status and performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Interest in fitness and experience in creator scouting or talent acquisition
• Proven ability to build relationships within creator and social media communities
• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok ecosystems and relevant metrics
• Highly organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for brand and voice fit
