Influencing Learning Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance the capacity of Alliance colleagues, the part-time Influencing Learning Consultant will design and deliver a series of interactive online workshops focused on strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, partnership skills, and measuring influencing impact, while providing practical resources for application in their work.

Key responsibilities

• Design content and facilitation approach for four interactive workshops on key influencing topics
• Develop accompanying materials and practical tools to support participants in applying learning beyond the workshops
• Deliver each workshop twice to accommodate participation across multiple time zones

Required qualifications

• Demonstrable expertise in advocacy, influencing, and campaigning with effective strategies for diverse audiences
• Extensive experience in designing and delivering engaging online advocacy training for various participant levels
• Proven ability to create high-quality, practical online learning resources that are accessible and engaging
• Strong facilitation skills with experience in delivering interactive virtual workshops
• Experience working with charities, NGOs, or public sector organizations, with an understanding of advocacy challenges in these settings
