Infor M3 Lead Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infor M3 Techno Functional Lead Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead support member on the AMS program, participating in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Drive activities such as maintenance, patching, upgrades, and process improvements for Infor M3 applications
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and troubleshoot issues related to production planning, batch processing, and MRP in Infor M3 CloudSuite

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
• Excellent hands-on experience with Infor M3 applications and a deep understanding of its offerings
• Expertise in M3 integrations, data engineering, analytics, and cloud technologies
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education
• Available for on-call support of high-priority issues
