Job Summary

Joining a global support team, the full-time Infor M3 Support Consultant will provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Infor M3 Supply Chain modules, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues while working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Infor M3 Supply Chain modules, ensuring timely resolution of tickets within defined SLAs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Distribution modules
  • Analyze existing business processes and implement functional workarounds or permanent fixes for system gaps
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of functional experience in Infor M3 (v13.4, CloudSuite, or on-premises)
  • Strong knowledge of M3 programs such as OIS100, OIS300, PPS200, MMS001, and MWS410
  • Basic understanding of how M3 Supply Chain interacts with Finance and Infor OS
  • Proven ability to handle "Business Critical" incidents and perform root cause analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international clients
