Informatics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Informatics Analyst to support clinical and operational users by optimizing features within the Epic EHR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing application support to clinical and operational staff, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal care resources
• Act as a liaison between IT and clinical/business teams to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Conduct thorough testing of system configurations to ensure expected functionality, data integrity, and user satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, focusing on EHR implementation, support, and/or workflow optimization
• Proven proficiency in Epic Ambulatory required; Epic Ambulatory certification strongly preferred
• Experience in configuring or supporting various Epic areas preferred
• Knowledge of Epic functionality, customization options, and configuration processes
