Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver decision support tools and reporting applications for healthcare policy and operational decision-making
• Extract, analyze, and interpret health and financial data to address business questions related to population health management
• Lead analytic teams on complex projects, mentoring team members to achieve company objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL/Python/R for data retrieval and manipulation
• Experience in a Linux/UNIX environment and data warehouse settings
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification
