Informatics Policy Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative, the full-time Informatics Policy Analyst will analyze and evaluate policies and operational frameworks to enhance healthcare transformation and informatics initiatives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate, and interpret organizational policies and procedures to support healthcare transformation initiatives
• Formulate and apply analytical methodologies to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop recommendations for policy enhancements and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy analysis, healthcare operations, or related disciplines
• Experience supporting the Veterans Health Administration or other federal healthcare organizations
• Demonstrated ability to conduct policy analysis and operational evaluations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in developing reports and operational procedures
