Information Analyst

Job Summary

To support the effective operation and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms, the full-time remote Information Analyst will analyze system workflows, validate data inputs, and ensure alignment with business and technical expectations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the analysis of system workflows, defining inputs, outputs, and expected behaviors to ensure alignment with requirements
• Lead validation of structured data inputs, evaluating datasets for accuracy and completeness while identifying risks and gaps
• Define test strategies and lead functional validation efforts to ensure platform changes meet operational requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-5 years of experience in an analyst, operations, QA, or technical support role
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured datasets, including relational tables and JSON/XML
• Familiarity with application testing or QA efforts in complex environments
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
