Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor technical content authors on using the CCMS platform
• Develop a content strategy and maintain the DITA information model for consistency and optimized translation costs
• Perform technical content inventory analysis and maintain automated publishing workflows

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of software industry experience as an information architect or senior technical writer
• Expertise with DITA XML, topic-based writing, and minimalism
• Experience with CI/CD publishing workflows and content platform publishing
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Software Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on or academic experience with AI strategies in technical communication preferred
