Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to identify documentation gaps and prioritize content
• Design and manage the structural hierarchy for internal and public documentation
• Create and maintain standardized templates and style guides while optimizing content for user accessibility

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Information Architect, or Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience building product documentation from scratch
• Proficiency in Markdown/MDX and Git-based workflows
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including tokenization and smart contracts
• Experience or strong interest in AI-powered documentation
