Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in user-centered research and facilitation
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and Drupal
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Google Analytics 4, and usability testing tools
• Understanding of SEO, AIO, and GEO impacts on website content and structure
