Information Assurance Security Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Information Assurance Security Analyst to join their Information Security team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain security controls in the annual System Security Plan in accordance with NIST standards
- Coordinate with Security Engineers and IT Operations teams to manage security documentation and respond to audit requests
- Conduct security assessments, evaluations, and develop reports based on operational metrics and security reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and certifications
- Knowledge of FISMA requirements and NIST guidelines applicable to US Government programs
- Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles
- Experience with patch and vulnerability management processes and tools
