Information Assurance Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Information Assurance Specialist will maintain accurate records between Salesforce and adjacent systems, focusing on identifying and remediating duplicate records while resolving maintenance requests from a Salesforce-based ticketing system.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve Salesforce cases submitted by internal stakeholders, ensuring timely updates to Salesforce objects
- Leverage software tools for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to address cross-functional data and process issues while improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of related work experience
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- High aptitude for working with dynamic information systems
- Ability to travel 1-2 times a year for team events
