Job Summary
To enhance enterprise legal hold and information governance capabilities, the full-time remote Information Governance & Litigation Support Analyst will design, execute, and mature processes while collaborating with various departments to ensure effective preservation, retention, and disposition practices.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and improve legal hold, eDiscovery, and Information Management processes for digital and paper records
- Support information collections, analytics, and defensible export using eDiscovery tools
- Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and metrics to standardize operations and monitor program performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Legal Studies, Business, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Experience in records management, information governance, legal operations, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, or IT
- Working knowledge of legal hold processes, retention, data lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with M365 data lifecycle management and eDiscovery tools
- 4 years of experience for Senior level or 7 years for Lead level in relevant fields, preferably with M365 retention and/or eDiscovery
