Information Lifecycle Management Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Information Lifecycle Management Analyst will assist the ILM Business Architect with key initiatives, mapping business processes and technology, while driving deliverables for defensible deletion and data governance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information from business units and translate it into current work processes within data security and governance tools
• Translate strategic goals into actionable workstreams in support of ILM initiatives
• Build data visualizations to support projects and track ILM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer software, including Excel, GCP, and SQL
• Moderate knowledge of visualization software, such as Looker or Tableau
• Basic ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic understanding of design techniques and principles for producing drawings and models
