Job Summary
Information Request Specialist provides full-time support to facilitate timely resolution of client accounts, acting as a liaison between claims representatives and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Update patient accounts with information from hospitals and follow up with Contact Specialist
- Access client systems to obtain necessary information and monitor requests to ensure timely resolution
- Assist IT in resolving access issues and perform special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop proficiency in internal applications
- Strong computer navigation skills and experience using multiple software programs simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
- Knowledge of client and Operations processes and their interactions
