Information Request Specialist

Job Summary

Information Request Specialist provides full-time support to facilitate timely resolution of client accounts, acting as a liaison between claims representatives and providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Update patient accounts with information from hospitals and follow up with Contact Specialist
• Access client systems to obtain necessary information and monitor requests to ensure timely resolution
• Assist IT in resolving access issues and perform special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop proficiency in internal applications
• Strong computer navigation skills and experience using multiple software programs simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
• Knowledge of client and Operations processes and their interactions
