Information Security Access Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance user access management infrastructure, the full-time Information Security Access Specialist will automate workflows, enforce security measures, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize automated access management services to minimize manual onboarding and offboarding processes
• Design and implement security measures aligned with identity governance and access risk mitigation
• Process complex access tickets and maintain comprehensive documentation for procedures and access frameworks

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Security Engineer or IAM Specialist
• Proficiency in enterprise identity tools such as Okta, CyberArk, and Active Directory
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automating identity workflows
• Understanding of access control principles and RBAC structures
• Upper-Intermediate level of English communication skills
